Plant Product Manager - Peel Off Ends

About the role

Constantia Flexibles International GmbH is looking for a Plant Product Manager for its peel-off ends product line in Drniš. The role covers the full product life cycle, from conception to market launch and beyond, and acts as the main link between customers, production and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product life cycle for the assigned product group, from conception to market launch and beyond.
• Develop and implement sustainable product innovations that meet market demands and environmental standards.
• Continuously optimise the product portfolio to meet customer needs and market trends.
• Act as the main interface between customers, production and sales, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Translate customer ideas and specifications into actionable plans and high-quality products.

Required profile

• Technical education or hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Croatian.
• Proven experience managing projects effectively.
• Strong interest in the packaging industry and in sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork experience and analytical thinking.
