Pharmacy Manager (m/f)

About the role

Ljekarne Prima Pharme is looking for a pharmacy manager (m/f) for its pharmacies in Virovitica, Mače, Zagreb and Sali (Dugi otok). The role covers the organisation, coordination and supervision of work in the pharmacy unit, staff leadership and pharmaceutical care.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and supervise work in the pharmacy unit
• Lead and develop employees
• Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines
• Provide professional advice to patients
• Deliver pharmaceutical care

Required profile

• VSS degree or master's degree in pharmacy
• Valid licence for independent practice
• Skills in leading and developing employees
• Organisational and coordination skills
• Motivation, responsibility and dedication to the job
• Proactive and open to new challenges
• Team player
