About the role

Crossvallia, which provides IT infrastructure, cloud computing and security services to clients worldwide including HAProxy Technologies, is looking for a Perl developer. You will join a Perl development team maintaining and improving an in-house management application that unifies inventory and customer management, CDN, cloud, managed hosting and colocation services, supports many API services and can grow continuously.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the company's Perl-based services
Implement small enhancements, corrections and bug fixes
Build new software subsystems that fit into the existing infrastructure
Implement new API interfaces

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in Perl
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience developing and deploying in Linux/Unix environments
Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and with changing priorities

Required skills

Perl
SQL
Unix and GNU/Linux
Bonus: Ruby, Python, C
