Partnership Operation Specialist

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a Partnership Operation Specialist based in Zagreb, Croatia. The role covers the local market sales and partner systems for network and storage products in Croatia and Slovenia, working with partners, distributors and sales managers to turn project opportunities into results.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with the local market sales and partner systems of network and storage products in Croatia and Slovenia.
• Communicate with and develop local partners, contact sales managers to build partnerships together, obtain project opportunities and support partners' success.
• Handle partner branding activities, including annual partner branding planning, activity execution and summaries.
• Drive partner capability improvement, follow up on pre-sales and post-sales enablement and related Huawei certification exams.
• Manage daily distributor operations and development, including BP alignment, marketing activities, weekly meetings, distributor PSI management and tier-2 partner development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Economics.
• Familiarity with the local markets and partner systems of network and storage products in Croatia and Slovenia.
• Willingness to explore the Slovenian telecom market.
• Eligible to work and live in the job location; applicants must meet this requirement to be considered.

Required skills

• Good presentation and negotiation skills, precise work style, target-oriented, open-minded and flexible.
• Basic understanding of telecom technical solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Croatian.
