Account Manager - Telecom

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for an Account Manager based in Zagreb, Croatia. The role supports the Sales Director in sales projects and reports to the Sales Director of the UG department. It involves developing and closing business with large accounts and managing Huawei's solutions for defined customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director in sales projects, reporting to the Sales Director of the UG department.
• Identify, develop and close business opportunities with large accounts.
• Enhance and maintain customer relationships and manage and coordinate activities between Huawei and the customer.
• Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations, identifying key customer requirements and coordinating with product lines.
• Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners, helping to define new business models and support product features.
• Take part in creating sales account plans that identify, quantify and recommend sales actions aligned with company strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of telecom experience (product management, account management); operator-side experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Slovenian telecom market.
• High-level understanding of telecom technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; precise, target-oriented, open-minded and flexible.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Croatian.
• Eligible to work and live in Zagreb.
