Paid Media Manager, International

About the role

Grüns is looking for a Paid Media Manager to own its paid media engine across the UK, EU, Canada and ANZ, launching and scaling Meta and Google campaigns from the ground up in each market. The role is remote within a global HQ, and candidates based in or around Europe are preferred because the team spans several countries and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale Meta and Google campaigns in the UK, Canada, ANZ and key EU markets such as Germany
• Own measurement end to end: CAPI, GA4, GDPR-compliant tracking, and regular incrementality and lift testing
• Scale spend into the millions annually while protecting CAC, LTV/CAC and contribution margin
• Build a repeatable testing engine across creative, audience, offer and localized landing pages
• Work closely with creative, product and lifecycle teams
• Build the foundation for a specialist team: hiring plan, workflows and vendor model
• Own the quarterly international growth roadmap, including new markets and channels

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with hands-on paid media ownership
• Personal launch and scale of Meta and Google campaigns in at least two international markets (Canada, Australia, UK or a non-English-speaking EU market)
• Experience scaling spend into the millions while holding CAC and contribution margin
• Background in a high-growth DTC, subscription or eCommerce business
• Campaigns built in-house, not at an agency
