Influencer Marketing Manager, International

About the role

Grüns is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager, International to build and run its creator engine across EMEA, the Americas (outside the USA) and APAC. This is a relationship-first role: 75% of the time building deep partnerships with mid-tier and premium creators, and 25% seeding new markets with outreach systems and discovery. The position is remote within a global HQ, and candidates based in or around Europe are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage 100+ mid-tier and premium creators per market per year, covering outreach, contracts, usage rights, briefs, content review and ongoing nurturing
• Identify 1,000+ potential creators per market and month with tools such as StoryClash or Saral, and feed top leads into the relationship funnel
• Secure whitelisting and usage rights for paid media ads and coordinate with the Paid Media team to test and scale assets
• Report on spend, CAC, new customer attribution and content performance, linking influencer programs to revenue, ROAS and LTV/CAC
• Document what works by market and build localized briefs, compliance guardrails, creator tiers and go-to-market approaches

Required profile

• 4-7+ years scaling paid influencer programs across at least two international markets; Germany, UK, Canada or Australia required
• Full P&L ownership, with CAC targets and content benchmarks you can defend
• Hands-on relationship builder who has negotiated usage rights, written briefs and reviewed content
• Comfortable with ambiguity and curious about AI, using automation to focus on relationships and strategy
