About the role

We are looking for a qualified optometrist to join our professional team across several locations in Croatia. You will apply your expertise daily to deliver accurate vision assessments and provide personalized eye‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent vision examinations for glasses and contact lenses.
• Advise customers on the optimal correction, frame selection and contact lens options.
• Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of eyewear and lenses.
• Collaborate with the optical team to organise workflow and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of professional standards, services and modern optical practices.

Required profile

• Completed VII level education in optometry (graduated optometrist).
• High level of precision, responsibility and professional ethics.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to customers.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with new technologies.
