Pharmaceutical Technician (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for qualified pharmaceutical technicians to join our pharmacy network across several Croatian cities. You will deliver direct pharmacy care, interact with patients and clients, and support the daily operations of our locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct pharmacy services, communicate with patients and clients, and perform laboratory tasks.
• Order medicines independently, process and invoice prescriptions, and maintain required records.
• Contribute to the visual presentation of the pharmacy and assist in selecting over‑the‑counter assortments such as cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices and products.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to promote best practices and additional services.
• Motivate the team and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Possess a recognized qualification as a pharmaceutical technician.
• Motivated to excel in pharmacy practice and eager to grow professionally.

Required skills

• Pharmacy dispensing and prescription processing.
• Laboratory analysis and testing.
• Inventory management and medication ordering.
