Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

D-ploy is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to provide first and second level IT support to end‑users in a professional, regulated environment in Zagreb. You will be the primary on‑site contact, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software and mobile device issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second level support for hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Act as the main on‑site point of contact for user IT incidents and service requests, using ServiceNow.
• Provide desk‑side and remote assistance, documenting all actions and resolutions.
• Support onboarding of new employees by setting up equipment and guiding users.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base documentation and continuous service‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Croatian (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in IT support or on‑site support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and maintain a clean criminal‑record extract (≤ 3 months).
