About the role

Krpan & Partneri d.o.o. is seeking a motivated legal trainee who has successfully passed the bar exam. The position offers the chance to work on a variety of cases in labor, contract, property, and commercial law while developing professional expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft legal opinions.
• Prepare drafts of contracts, lawsuits, appeals, and other legal documents independently.
• Participate in client representation before courts and administrative bodies under supervision.
• Maintain communication with clients, courts, and governmental institutions.
• Monitor and interpret relevant legislation and case law.
• Provide administrative support for case management.
• Collaborate with the team on projects, focusing on labor, contract, property, and commercial law.

Required profile

• Law degree and passed bar exam.
• Strong interest in labor, contract, property, and commercial law.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and pro‑activity.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
• Experience with legal databases.
