About the role

The Night Receptionist ensures a warm, professional welcome for guests during the night shift at Hotel Briig in Split. You will handle check‑in and check‑out, provide information, and maintain safety and order throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures during night hours.
• Provide guests with information, answer queries, and fulfill requests.
• Process reservations and enter data into the hotel PMS.
• Conduct regular security rounds and monitor surveillance systems.
• Prepare hand‑over documentation and reports for the morning shift.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in tourism, economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar hotel reception role.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Reliable, independent, and able to make decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience using hotel PMS software.
