About the role

LOZA GRADNJA d.o.o. is looking for a motivated individual to join the team as a dry‑construction installer (Knauf) or plasterer. The position is based in Kaštel Gomilica and the work is carried out on projects in the surrounding area, including Split, Trogir and Čiovo. No prior experience is required – training will be provided on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Install Knauf dry‑construction systems according to project specifications.
• Perform plastering tasks where needed.
• Read and follow technical drawings and work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop practical construction skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Reliability and punctuality for a full‑time Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
• Residence in Kaštel Gomilica or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Knauf dry‑construction installation (training provided).
• Hand tool operation.
