About the role

We are looking for a skilled electrician to join our growing yachting company. The role involves maintaining and upgrading electrical and electronic systems on our fleet of charter vessels, providing technical support to charter bases, and ensuring high‑quality service for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Control, maintenance, diagnostics and repair of boat electrical and electronic installations and devices.
• Perform regular maintenance and warranty repairs.
• Install new electrical and electronic equipment on vessels.
• Provide technical support to charter bases, especially during check‑out/check‑in periods.
• Execute and record work according to work‑order requirements.
• Initiate procurement of spare parts, equipment and consumables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an electrician, servicing or maintaining electrical/electronic systems, or a completed electrotechnical/technical secondary school with a strong desire to learn.
• Responsibility, independence and good organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s licence category B.

Required skills

• Experience with boat electrical installations, battery systems, chargers, inverters and generators.
• Familiarity with marine electronics, navigation and communication equipment.
• Knowledge of maritime skills and possession of a skipper licence (category B or C) is an advantage.
