Mid .NET Software Developer (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mid .NET Software Developer to join our Transformer department. You will work on software that supports various stages of transformer design, data processing, reporting and visualization across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications for desktop, web, mobile and cloud environments.
• Implement data processing pipelines, automatic report generation and visualisation tools.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on R&D projects for power, distribution and instrument transformers.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Passion for learning software engineering concepts and willingness to adapt.
• Working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• C#/.NET, LINQ, object‑oriented programming, dependency injection, modern .NET architecture.
• Git version control and unit testing.
• Experience with RESTful APIs (OpenAPI, OData) – optional.
• CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitLab) – optional.
• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) – optional.
• Message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, MQTT/Mosquitto) – optional.
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) – optional.
• WPF, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Windows services, Linux daemons – optional.
• Python, React.js – optional.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), design patterns, software architecture.
• Fundamentals of electrical engineering, numerical calculations, finite element methods, optimisation methods.
