About the role

We are looking for a motivated butcher to join our meat department across multiple stores in Croatia. You will be the go‑to expert for customers, ensuring high‑quality meat presentation, preparation and advice.

Key responsibilities

• Display and sell fresh meat and processed meat products.
• Prepare meat products according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor and control expiration dates of fresh and packaged meat.
• Maintain stock levels, cleanliness and orderliness of the department.
• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in the food sector (butcher specialization).
• At least 6 months experience in meat sales.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on service quality.
• Polite communication, neat appearance, responsibility and teamwork.
