MES Consultant – Werum PAS‑X Service Delivery

About the role

The MES Consultant will be the single point of accountability for end‑to‑end operations of the Werum PAS‑X Manufacturing Execution System. You will ensure smooth transition, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of MES services while supporting GxP compliance and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the MES Werum PAS‑X Service Delivery owner, handling incident, change, and problem management in ServiceNow.
• Manage transition, takeover, and operational readiness of MES/PAS‑X systems, maintaining documentation and knowledge continuity.
• Perform daily monitoring, respond to alerts, execute SOPs, and coordinate patching, maintenance, and downtime activities.
• Drive MES upgrades, releases, backups, and disaster‑recovery testing, collecting validation evidence.
• Maintain CSV/validation documentation (URS, HDS, SDS, VP, TP, RA, DRP, VSR, TSR, retirement) and support audits.
• Prepare SLA dashboards, service reports, incident trends, and compliance metrics.
• Lead continuous service improvement, automation opportunities, and operational optimization.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop IT service continuity plans.
• Manage MES user and security administration, including IDM alignment and access approvals.
• Collaborate with technical owners, site operations, vendors, and governance teams.
• Ensure ongoing GxP compliance and be available for rotational shift and occasional weekend support.

Required profile

• Strong experience with MES Werum PAS‑X systems.
• Hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow incident, change, and SLA management.
• Solid knowledge of GxP regulations, validation, audit support, and CSV processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and occasional weekend maintenance.
