About the role

Franck d.d. is looking for a motivated Mechanic/Mechatronics specialist to join its Maintenance team in Zagreb. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of production line equipment, diagnosing faults, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical equipment and work tools on production lines.
• Diagnose and intervene to eliminate breakdowns and faults.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Repair and service assemblies and sub‑assemblies of production lines.
• Install or replace pneumatic components on production lines.
• Adjust packaging machines and change tools as needed.
• Report technical problems to the maintenance department manager.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (mechanics/mechatronics).
• At least 2 years of experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures.
• Responsible, diligent, team‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Valid category B driving licence (optional).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
