About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Nurse / Medical Technician to join our modern polyclinic in Zagreb. The successful candidate will contribute to high‑quality patient care and support the medical team in a variety of clinical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Reception and communication with patients
• Ordering and organizing patient appointments
• Providing health care and monitoring patient condition
• Preparing patients for medical procedures and therapies
• Preparing patients for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and assisting during therapy
• Assisting physicians during medical procedures
• Working with computer programs and maintaining documentation
• Preparing and maintaining medical equipment and work area
• Ensuring a professional and quality relationship with patients

Required profile

• Completed secondary/college/university education in nursing
• Valid licence for independent work
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Strong empathy, patience and professionalism with patients
• Responsibility, organization and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Reliability and discretion with confidential information
• Knowledge of computer work (MS Office)
