Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our service technicians in Zagreb, ensuring safe, reliable and high‑quality field operations for KONE’s elevator and escalator portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of service technicians to deliver safe and reliable field service.
• Promote the use of digital tools such as mobile apps, real‑time dashboards and service tracking to improve productivity.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical and operational questions from technicians and customers.
• Ensure compliance with KONE processes, safety standards and local legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and high‑quality service.
• Monitor field performance (response times, service quality, customer feedback) and drive continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of operational costs and service revenue, including call‑outs and repair sales.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising teams, preferably in field service or technical maintenance.
• People‑management experience is mandatory.
• Solid technical background in elevators, escalators or other mechanical systems.
• Strong digital mindset and openness to mobile apps and performance data tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English and native Croatian.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with proactive problem‑solving.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
