Maintenance Engineer (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Savski Marof. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and improving both preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our equipment, ensuring reliability and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan preventive maintenance activities for all equipment.
• Monitor and analyse the results of preventive maintenance programmes.
• Analyse corrective maintenance incidents and improve maintenance procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Track and analyse maintenance costs (preventive and corrective).
• Plan and coordinate equipment modernization projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in a technical science field.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Adaptable, systematic and punctual.
