About the role

We are looking for a qualified Master of Pharmacy to join a pharmacy in Gospić on a permanent contract. The position initially covers a temporary replacement period of about 1.5 years during maternity leave, after which the successful candidate may continue working in another pharmacy within the national network.

Key responsibilities

• Dispensing medicines and providing professional pharmacy care.
• Advising patients on over‑the‑counter products, dietary supplements, medical devices and other merchandise.
• Preparing magistral (compounded) preparations.
• Cooperating with healthcare institutions and other partners.
• Participating in public‑health, marketing and commercial activities.
• Maintaining professional documentation, inventory control and procurement.
• Coordinating and supervising pharmacy technicians, interns and other staff.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy and successful completion of the professional exam.
• Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
• Preferably holds a Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Pharmacy dispensing and counselling.
• Compounding of magistral preparations.
• Inventory and procurement management.
• Team supervision and coordination.
