Lead Supervisor (m/f) – Nike Retail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Supervisor to join our Nike retail locations across Zagreb, Zadar and Split. You will lead a team of sales associates, ensure excellent customer service and help drive store performance in line with Nike’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with product queries, fitting and purchase decisions.
• Set daily priorities, coordinate tasks with other supervisors and ensure timely completion.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks and oversee replenishment.
• Execute brand initiatives, maintain visual standards and contribute to store campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for sportswear.
