About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at PETROL d.o.o. in Dragalić. The successful candidate will ensure that all food preparation follows strict hygiene and safety standards while delivering high‑quality meals.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all regulations for food storage and maintain hygiene standards.
• Control the quality and quantity of food products.
• Apply fire‑protection, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and HACCP guidelines in daily operations.

Required profile

• Relevant culinary education (NKV/NSS/SSS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays and during festive periods.
• Responsible, reliable, communicative and courteous attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Understanding of fire‑protection and occupational health & safety standards.
• Familiarity with environmental protection requirements for food handling.
