About the role

Bobis d.o.o. is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across all business units. The role involves ensuring compliance with Croatian legislation, drafting legal documents, and representing the company before authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to all sectors, monitoring and applying relevant laws and regulations.
• Propose new procedures and standards, and supervise compliance with existing ones.
• Draft legal submissions and both regular and extraordinary legal remedies for representation.
• Prepare and review contracts as directed by management.
• Participate in drafting and aligning internal acts of organizational units with current legislation.
• Represent the company before judicial and state bodies.
• Oversee procedures that determine employee responsibility for breaches of duties.

Required profile

• University degree from a Law Faculty.
• Passed the judicial exam.
• At least three years of experience in a similar legal role.
• High integrity, strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Category B driving licence.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and fluent English.
