About the role

We are expanding our business activities and looking for a Coordinator of the Market Business sector to join our sales team in Zagreb. The role involves leading the sector, driving subscription sales for our legal portal LING and other products, and supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the sector’s work, leading and developing the team.
• Actively sell subscriptions to the LING legal portal and other company products.
• Identify new subscribers, present the portal and close subscription agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Prepare analyses and reports on sales results.
• Monitor market trends and business opportunities.
• Maintain the client database and nurture client relationships.
• Organize and conduct company webinars and consulting sessions.
• Track sponsorship and donation opportunities.
• Prepare contract elements and oversee contractual documentation.
• Plan procurement of equipment, office and promotional materials.
• Initiate and participate in promotional activities for company products and services.
• Oversee warehouse operations and building maintenance.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, law or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a managerial position.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with key clients.
• Ability to motivate, mentor and develop sales advisors.
• Clear communication of goals within the team and effective collaboration with other departments.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Native Croatian and active English proficiency (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Advanced use of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
