About the role

The Production Coordinator will organise daily manufacturing schedules, ensuring that capacity aligns with current orders and delivery commitments. Working in a modern factory environment, the role supports smooth production flow and timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production schedules that match plant capacity and incoming order forecasts.
• Determine timing for each operation to meet delivery dates stipulated in sales orders and customer requests.
• Create work orders and accompanying documentation for the shop floor.
• Monitor and control work orders on individual machines.
• Update the production tracking system daily by entering and finalising work orders.

Required profile

• Completed education in economics or engineering.
• Previous experience in similar production or scheduling roles is desirable.
• Strong organisational abilities with analytical and synthesis skills.
• Professional and responsible work attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
