CNC operater strojne obrade (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a CNC operator to work on both CNC turning and milling machines in our Dugopolje facility. The successful candidate will run machines, monitor production quality and ensure correct tool usage while following safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machines according to work orders.
• Set up machines, load programs and manage tool changes.
• Measure finished parts using calibrated instruments and verify compliance with specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters, including feed, speed and zero‑point settings.
• Maintain tool inventory and replace worn tools as needed.
• Complete production documentation and test protocols.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum one year of practical experience on CNC machines.
• Willingness to work in two‑shift schedule.
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy and reliability.
• Motivation to learn new skills and improve performance.

Required skills
