About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join our team at Pablo’s Bar, a lively coffee bar in Zagreb. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests and take orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar counter and guest area.
- Handle cash register operations and process payments.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous communication.
- Collaborate with fellow team members.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform other duties related to coffee‑bar operations as needed.
Required profile
- Polite, communicative, and professional attitude toward guests.
- Responsible, tidy, and reliable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
