About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join our team at Pablo’s Bar, a lively coffee bar in Zagreb. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

Serve guests and take orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar counter and guest area.
Handle cash register operations and process payments.
Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous communication.
Collaborate with fellow team members.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Perform other duties related to coffee‑bar operations as needed.

Required profile

Polite, communicative, and professional attitude toward guests.
Responsible, tidy, and reliable.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts.
