About the role

Petrol d.o.o. is looking for a friendly and motivated waiter to join its team at the sales point in Pazin. The role involves direct interaction with customers, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of service in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all procedures at the sales point according to company instructions.
• Apply regulations on fire protection, occupational health and safety, environmental protection and HACCP food safety standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
• Sell and serve items from the hospitality menu.
• Maintain cleanliness of the premises and surrounding area.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education (NKV/NSS/SSS) with a focus on waiter training preferred.
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable and communicative.
