About the role
The Fabbrica Pizzeria & Bistro is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable waiter to join its team in Zagreb. You will be part of a professional environment serving a business clientele, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to the menu.
- Issue invoices and handle cash‑register operations.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service area.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality service.
