About the role

The Fabbrica Pizzeria & Bistro is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable waiter to join its team in Zagreb. You will be part of a professional environment serving a business clientele, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Prepare hot and cold drinks according to the menu.
Issue invoices and handle cash‑register operations.
Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service area.

Required profile

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality service.
