About the role
We are looking for a waiter/waitress to join the team at O'brok bar and restaurant, a well‑known venue in the centre of Zagreb. The role involves serving guests, handling orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Know the menu and drink list and present dishes in both Croatian and English.
- Issue invoices, manage the cash register and perform end‑of‑shift accounting.
- Maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene standards and comply with health regulations.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Friendly, guest‑oriented and professional attitude.
Required skills
- Menu and beverage knowledge.
- Basic cash‑handling and invoicing.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.
