About the role

We are looking for a waiter/waitress to join the team at O'brok bar and restaurant, a well‑known venue in the centre of Zagreb. The role involves serving guests, handling orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Know the menu and drink list and present dishes in both Croatian and English.
Issue invoices, manage the cash register and perform end‑of‑shift accounting.
Maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene standards and comply with health regulations.

Required profile

At least one year of experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
Good spoken and written English.
Friendly, guest‑oriented and professional attitude.

Required skills

Menu and beverage knowledge.
Basic cash‑handling and invoicing.
Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.

What we offer

Permanent contract with a probationary period.
Mentoring by experienced staff and opportunities for further training.
Shift work in two daily shifts.
Provided meals, coffee and work clothing.
