About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join the team at Cafe Bar Urban, located on Trg John F. Kennedy 6b in Zagreb. The position involves serving guests in a lively café environment and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, present menus, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to the café’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas, and service stations.
- Handle payments and process transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Required profile
- Preferably some previous experience in a restaurant or café setting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
