Key Accounts Management Sr Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Key Accounts Management Specialist you will own strategic relationships with our most important customers, driving growth across product categories. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where you can influence commercial strategy and contribute to a smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with market and channel priorities.
• Prepare account plans, negotiation scenarios, budgets and investment proposals.
• Lead negotiations with senior commercial stakeholders and manage long‑term relationships.
• Analyse customer performance, define KPIs, benchmark results and turn insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing and cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate brand cycles, product launches and line extensions accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and uphold PMI’s corporate image.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Proven experience in key account management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong strategic planning, sales forecasting and budgeting skills.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both spoken and written.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
