About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chemical Engineer to join our modern production facility in Matulji. You will work on advanced material processes, support R&D projects and contribute to sustainable manufacturing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise process equipment such as extrusion lines, mixers and granulation systems.
• Optimize production parameters and monitor key performance indicators.
• Participate in testing and scaling up new formulations for manufacturing.
• Conduct laboratory analyses including MFI, FTIR, DSC and rheometer measurements.
• Engage in EU‑funded projects, attending meetings across Europe.
• Maintain technical documentation and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS or VŠS) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of process and production equipment.
• Ability to work independently, solve technical problems and collaborate in a team.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy and a valid Category B driving licence.
