Junior/Mid BPM Developer (Appian)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior or Mid‑level BPM Developer to join our team in Zagreb, working on finance‑industry projects using the Appian platform. The role offers mentorship from senior colleagues and a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply BPM technology under senior mentorship.
• Design and develop enterprise solutions on the Appian platform.
• Develop integrations, including APIs and database interactions.
• Collaborate actively within an Agile team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (developer, business analyst, tester or relevant student work).
• Basic knowledge of the Spring Framework, REST APIs, databases and SQL queries.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient use of English, both spoken and written.
