Junior Spa Operations & Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Spa Operations & Marketing Assistant to support the daily activities of our spa centres in Croatia and Austria. The role is based in our western Zagreb office and offers exposure to both operational and marketing functions within an international hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and clients via phone and email, providing front‑desk support for spa receptions.
• Assist the procurement department in processing and coordinating orders for spa centres and liaise with suppliers.
• Help prepare, organise, and deliver products and materials required by the spa locations.
• Support company marketing activities and projects, including social‑media and email campaigns.
• Coordinate everyday office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Independent, precise, and responsible work style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferably experienced in hospitality or the wellness industry.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
• Knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email‑marketing tools.
