Junior Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Junior Marketing Manager supports the Senior Marketing Manager in executing and coordinating all marketing activities for Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala. The role focuses on implementing campaigns, offers, reporting, budget administration and communications to meet commercial objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan and resort strategy.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, CRM, social media and PR activities.
• Develop and implement seasonal offers, promotions and accommodation packages.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc marketing reports and support ROI analysis.
• Manage marketing invoices, purchase orders, budgeting and forecasting.
• Liaise with agencies, designers, media partners and internal departments to produce marketing materials and organise events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Internship or prior experience in campaign coordination or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
