Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to shape and execute the marketing strategy for Bites & Beyond’s restaurant concepts. You will own brand positioning, drive multi‑channel campaigns and work closely with senior management to turn ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the Bites & Beyond brand and its hospitality concepts.
• Lead brand positioning, identity and communication across all touchpoints.
• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns, budgets and performance metrics.
• Integrate social media, content, digital, PR, influencer and offline activities into a cohesive narrative.
• Create campaigns for new products, promotions, events and new location openings.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while coordinating agencies and external partners.
• Monitor market trends, competition and guest behavior, and translate insights into growth projects.
• Collaborate closely with the executive board and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing with independent brand and campaign ownership.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands‑on execution.
• Understanding of brand building, digital, content, social media and performance marketing.
• Ability to link marketing activities to sales results and business outcomes.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams, agencies and partners.
• Proactive, idea‑driven and accountable.
