Junior Consultant u poslovima Nabave – Non Food

About the role

Lidl Croatia is looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to support the procurement and assortment planning of non‑food products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the right mix of own and external brands across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in operational management and strategic planning of the assigned non‑food assortment for omnichannel sales.
• Plan and maintain the optimal ratio of own‑brand and external‑brand products for online and offline channels, including expanding the online catalogue.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports and propose improvement actions.
• Continuously track market developments and analyse emerging trends.
• Support the planning of promotional activities for the assigned assortment across digital and print media.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least one year of work experience; experience in e‑commerce is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; German knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and high level of organization.
• Interest in digital trends and basic understanding of web technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
