About the role

The Public Notary Office of Ivana Vrcić is looking for a motivated trainee to support daily notarial activities. This position offers hands‑on experience in drafting official documents and working with the e‑Notar digital system.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drafts of notarial deeds, minutes, and certificates.
• Maintain notarial registers, address books, and correspondence archives.
• Operate the e‑Notar digital platform for document processing.
• Perform additional professional and administrative tasks as directed by the notary.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program.
• Strong interest in notarial practice and legal documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to prepare for and pass the judicial exam.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the e‑Notar digital system.
