IT Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Manager to lead product‑as‑service initiatives, ensure deep product knowledge and coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high‑level view of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, aligning with the group’s roadmap.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, business owners and developers on technical analysis, master‑plan preparation and replanning.
• Communicate regularly with IT analysts and project managers, manage budgets, contracts and serve as the primary IT contact for product queries.
• Facilitate technical workshops, conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for the company and group.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics or related field (Economics considered).
• At least five years of experience in similar IT service roles, preferably in banking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills, fluent in English.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of Atlassian collaboration tools.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• ITIL knowledge (plus but not mandatory).
