About the role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Engineer to lead and organise activities on our building sites in Zagreb. The role involves supervising workers, ensuring quality and progress, and maintaining clear communication with all project participants.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and lead site processes, including supervision of personnel and monitoring work quality and quantity.
- Communicate with all stakeholders involved in the construction process.
- Manage all required site documentation from project start through technical review, ensuring alignment with contract documents.
- Maintain the electronic diary (e‑diary) for accurate record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Completed degree in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
