About the role

Join a dynamic team as the main executor of works, taking full responsibility for the successful management of construction projects on site. You will coordinate all construction activities, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the construction site, from creating and monitoring schedule and financial plans to organizing and controlling all types of building activities.
• Proactively implement contractual, technical and project documentation, guaranteeing compliance with all technical specifications.
• Monitor financial performance of own work and subcontractors, preparing detailed cost calculations.
• Coordinate and communicate timely with investors and supervising engineers to achieve goals without delays.
• Maintain the construction diary and logbook, and prepare monthly reports for the investor.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS/VSS) with proof of qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Preferable experience in the construction sector for faster adaptation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
