About the role

The company is looking for an experienced construction foreman to lead low‑grade (earthworks) projects at its Rugvica site. You will be responsible for organizing daily tasks, supervising the crew, and ensuring safety and quality on the construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and allocate daily tasks on the construction site.
• Lead and coordinate the construction team.
• Supervise earthworks, reinforcement, concrete and other low‑grade works.
• Monitor work quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with occupational health regulations.
• Coordinate with machine operators, drivers, subcontractors and other site participants.
• Track material, tool and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with the site manager and report on progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in low‑grade construction.
• Proven ability to organise and lead workers on site.
• Independent work organisation and decision‑making in the field.
• Knowledge of construction processes, machinery and tools.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Responsibility, autonomy and strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Willingness for field work and occasional travel.
