About the role

We are looking for a civil engineering graduate or construction technician to join our laboratory team in Split. The role combines laboratory testing of construction materials with on‑site sampling and field investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare samples and conduct laboratory tests on construction materials.
• Perform field testing of concrete, aggregates and other materials.
• Collect samples of concrete, aggregates and related materials.
• Operate laboratory and measuring equipment safely.
• Record test results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage laboratory forms, logs and related paperwork.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area orderly.
• Follow prescribed methods, work instructions and quality systems.

Required profile

• Completed civil engineering or construction technician program.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Willingness to work both in the laboratory and on site.
• Responsible, precise, tidy and able to work independently.
• Ability to keep documentation orderly.
