HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed‑term basis to manage all HR activities for our Croatian operations. You will support recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from job posting to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding, internal movements, and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate HR data and employee records.
• Assist with performance reviews, salary reviews, budget exercises, employee surveys, fleet management, and occupational safety.
• Coordinate office management tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related social sciences.
• 4‑5 years of HR experience with strong talent acquisition background.
• Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Croatian labour law.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems such as Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
